GDF MAKES TIMELY DONATION TO KAIKAN COMMUNITY

The Guyana Defence Force continues to build good relations with the community of Kaikan, Region 7(Cuyuni/Mazaruni) with its latest gesture being the donation of a quantity of sports equipment, trophies and medals.During the simple presentation ceremony, Staff Officer One Special Duties, Lieutenant Colonel Eon Murray emphasized, that the Force remains committed to fostering and maintaining good relations with the community for its future development.Toshao Marlon Williams received the donations and expressed thanks to the Force for this initiative which he said, will go a far way in realising the community’s Heritage games.The donation was made on Friday last.
